If you cannot pay the rent, Rent Relief can help. But you need to take action!

You don't have to be evicted from your home just because the economy is not doing well.

There is help available, but YOU must take action with Rent Relief!

Nobody else will do it for you! The court is far less likely to understand your side if you have not done anything.

We want to help YOU apply for Rent Relief.

****Important Update May 10, 2022

RentReliefRI has helped thousands of people in the wake of COVID-19. The federally funded program will close to new applicants on June 1, 2022, at 11.59 pm, but it's already been a lifesaver for many living here who were impacted by this pandemic!


Completed applications submitted prior to 11:59 pm on June 1, 2022, will remain under review, and if found eligible for assistance, may receive help with past due rent and utilities, current month’s rent, and three (3) months of forward-facing rent. After the forward-facing rent is paid, there will be no further assistance available from the RentReliefRI program.
