How it all started
We are three property investors with a combined knowledge of over 15 years. After years of managing our own rental properties, we decided to create a property management company with a distinctly unique approach. A property management with an investor mindset. As a result, we built Blackstone in 2016 to manage 3rd party client properties exactly as we manage our own, applying the same successful model which has been refined over years of management experience.
Today we manage over 500 units across Rhode Island and Southern Massachusetts including multifamily units, single homes, condos, and commercial properties.
